The problem
Caldera ran production, inventory and orders across disconnected spreadsheets. Numbers never reconciled, reporting took days, and the same data was entered repeatedly — leaving leadership making decisions on stale information.
How we tackled it
We phased the work, starting with the highest-pain area — inventory and production tracking — then expanded into orders and reporting, integrating with their existing accounting system rather than replacing everything at once.
